Mike Winderl

Almost like no other business, we have the ability to see firsthand how our efforts and project work better the communities in which we live. From detailed design through construction and startup, we can view firsthand the results of our efforts and the impact they will have on peoples lives for generations to come.

Mike joined LaBella in 2009 as an experienced structural engineer and manager.  He led LaBella’s building engineering team—which includes structural, mechanical, electrical, energy, plumbing, and hydropower services—until he was named Chief Operating Officer in 2020. He was elected to the LaBella Board of Directors in 2012 and has served continuously since his appointment.

Mike resides in Ontario, NY with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.
