North Carolina has been a logical place for us to live our core value of growth.

There’s never a shortage of newcomers to North Carolina, and we’ve been in Charlotte to welcome them since 1938, when J.N. Pease Associates began designing the Queen City. LaBella began building on the Pease legacy in 2010, and we’re proud to have led projects that have been equally innovative, including first-in-state water treatment technology. In 2021, ODELL, founded in 1940, made LaBella its new home. Our southern roots are deep, and our partnerships are long, but our welcome to newcomers, client or employee, is strong.
