The quarterly field sampling program conducted at the landfill is performed by qualified LaBella field scientists and technicians in accordance with 6 NYCRR (New York Codes, Rules and Regulations) Part 360 regulations and the facility’s NYSDEC-approved Environmental Monitoring Plan and Sampling and Analysis Plan. The samples are chemically analyzed at an appropriately certified analytical laboratory under subcontract to LaBella.
