Beh Industrial Park Traffic Optimization Study

The project identified physical and regulatory opportunities to improve mobility, access, and safety to address the site’s infrastructure needs due to industrial park’s anticipated expansion (700 employees). The study incorporated the Town’s recently adopted Comprehensive Master Plan transportation goals and recommendations. A second site access point was developed to accommodate the projected 400 new peak hour business trips. Capacity and safety analysis was provided for five signalized intersections on the heavily traveled Route 104 corridor.
