Mixed-Use Revitalization for Bridgeport’s Waterfront
As part of an effort by the City of Bridgeport to revitalize its waterfront, LaBella was enlisted to help design a sports-anchored, mixed-use development. This is a multi-phase project with over 1 million sq. ft. of planned residential units, retail and dining space, and entertainment venues. In addition to a professional soccer stadium, the development will include a high-end hotel and a convention center with views to the water and into the stadium.
