LaBella played a key role in designing the innovative concepts for a new Surf Park in Chesterfield County, aimed at creating a vibrant recreational hub for the community. Our team focused on integrating a state-of-the-art surf park with waves suitable for all skill levels, complemented by a serene wake lake that offers exciting water sports opportunities. We envisioned beautiful sandy beaches for relaxation and leisure, alongside a variety of retail spaces and restaurants to enhance the visitor experience. Additionally, our design incorporates a hotel for comfortable accommodations, entertainment venues for diverse events, and a blend of residential and office spaces to foster a lively community atmosphere.
