CMC Health and Wellness Center

On a private residence site, LaBella was selected to design an athletic-based health and wellness facility that would also be used as an off-season training and conditioning site.

The program includes a weight room, a gymnastics area, a locker room, a recovery room with therapy tubs, a spa, an indoor lounge, a juice bar, and large open viewing areas of the exterior 50-yard turf field.

This project is unique in that the building matches the aesthetic of the existing residence on the site with exposed wood timbers, stone and stucco veneers, and multiple English Tudor-style accents.
