Curaleaf is one of the nations largest cannabis companies, and currently operates a C3/C4 medical cannabis cultivation and operations facility at the Coeymans Industrial Park.

Facing the need for expansion, LaBella was selected to provide architecture and structural engineering design services for a massive 100,000 sq. ft. facility addition along with a 40,000 sq. ft. existing building renovation. Standing today at nearly 200,000 sq. ft., Curaleaf’s cultivation and processing center has now doubled in size, ensuring they are equip to meet current and future production needs of this growing market.
