Make Ready Program Management

With the advent of New York State’s “Broadband for All” initiative, LaBella was solicited by a large New York electric distribution utility to assist in the development of their Make Ready Program in response to the State’s internet expansion efforts.

LaBella worked collaboratively with our client for most of 2017 to put in place the policies, procedures, and practices required to satisfy the State’s Broadband for All requirements. LaBella continues to effectively manage our client’s Make Ready Program to date.
