LaBella provided design and architectural services for Modera Clarendon, a new 270-unit apartment community in Arlington, Virginia. These 1-3 bedroom homes feature high-end finishes, wood-style flooring throughout, and up to ten-foot ceilings.
Unique amenities include a lending library where residents can borrow cooking utensils, games, bikes, and more. Modera Clarendon also offers bike storage and a repair station.
Front-door package delivery and a 24/7 accessible marketplace for food, beverage, and concierge services are also provided.
