Truist Point Multi-Purpose Stadium
A Catalyst for City Revitalization
As part of a catalyst to jump-start growth in downtown High Point, the City Council voted to support a multi-use stadium that could host sporting events as well as entertainment and other events year-round. The LaBella team was selected to design and build Truist Point.
The stadium’s design, located on 12 acres in the heart of downtown, seats approximately 5,000 for baseball games and 7,500 for concerts/events. The stadium also features 12 unique cabana suites, two owner’s suites, four concession stands, a clubhouse, and a restaurant with a full kitchen. Fan amenities and attractions are spaced out around the 360-degree concourse. The completed district is master planned to include a 120-room hotel, several mixed-use office buildings, an apartment building, and additional retail.
