Fil has over 34 years of experience as an engineer in the environmental field. As Remedial Design Program Manager, he manages all engineering and environmental affairs. Fil is responsible for all remediation system design, fabrication, and installation, including soil vapor extraction, sub-slab depressurization, groundwater pump and treatment, free product removal, high-vacuum extraction, total fluids extraction, oxygenation, vapor intrusion abatement, in situ chemical oxidation, excavation and dewatering, sludge dewatering and clarification, and landfill leaching processing systems
