LaBella is excited to share that Lorenzo Rotoli, PE, PTOE, has been named a Vice President!

Lorenzo has over 35 years of experience and is recognized as one of the leading traffic engineers in upstate New York. Lorenzo is a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and has experience in both highway and traffic engineering. His planning expertise includes traffic forecasting, systemic and isolated capacity analysis, safety investigation, accident analysis, signal system analysis, and traffic impact studies.

He is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the New York State Association of Transportation Engineers.
