Join Richard on Thursday, May 29th, at 2:40 p.m. for his presentation “State Street Reconstruction: Basin Street to Inner Loop,” which will discuss the design and construction of this impactful project, with a focus on the unique design considerations involved in working on one of the oldest streets in Rochester, New York.
