Congratulations to Frances Kabat, a RBJ Forty Under 40 Honoree!

Rochester Business Journal has selected Frances Kabat, JD, Senior Environmental Analyst at LaBella, as a 2021 Forty Under 40 honoree.

Forty Under 40 recognizes 40 men and women, under the age of 40, who have achieved professional success and who are giving back in meaningful ways to the Rochester community. A panel of judges consisting of previous winners from various professions selected the Forty Under 40 honorees. Since it’s founding 27 years ago, 1,080 outstanding young professionals have received this honor.

“The 2021 Forty Under 40 honorees showcase high achievement, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to making Rochester the best place to work and live,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, senior group publisher of the Rochester Business Journal. “The incredible impact these talented leaders are making on Rochester is impressive to watch. Frances brings her legal expertise and development experience to focus on environmental compliance, making an impact in protecting our environment.
