Gary O’Brien Moderating Panel Discussion at the Nashville Industrial Conference
Gary O’Brien, PE, LaBella’s Civil Regional Leader in Tennessee, will be representing the firm at the Nashville Industrial Conference being held on April 4th in Nashville, Tennessee.
On Thursday, April 4th at 9:00 a.m., Gary will be moderating a panel discussion titled “Filling the Capital Stack for Future Deals & Developments.” This panel discussion will examine keeping deals of all types together in the current financial landscape to continue taking advantage of Nashville’s growth.
Joining the discussion as panelists are John Ditto III, President of Hamilton Creek Partners; Michael O’Malley, Managing Director and Head of Asset/Portfolio Management at Pearlmark; Cole Wilson, Principal at Stonelake Capital Partners; William Tanner, Vice President of Capital Deployment at Distribution Realty Group; and Chris Ellis, Senior Director of Originations at Nuveen Green Capital.
