LaBella and Buffalo Public Schools Kick-Off the 2023 Season at Bills Training Camp

As an Official Corporate Partner of the Buffalo Bills, LaBella has the opportunity to work with the Buffalo Bills on a Community Integration program annually.

On Wednesday, August 9th, LaBella Associates, in collaboration with the Buffalo Bills, hosted students from the Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) for an exciting day at the Buffalo Bills Training Camp held at St. John Fisher College. The visiting group consisted of students and chaperones from Buffalo Public Schools #33 Bilingual Center and Build Community School #92, who had the unique opportunity to observe the Bills in practice, partake in engaging activities, and complete a STEM-themed project guided by LaBella’s team.

The STEM project challenged the students to employ engineering scales to measure yard lines and end zones, followed by designing and decorating their football fields. To add to the excitement, they even had the chance to install goal posts before concluding the activity with an exciting session of field goal kicking on their personally crafted fields.

The students were captivated by the electrifying atmosphere of the Bills’ training camp and had the privilege of interacting with some of their favorite players. This experience proved equally rewarding for our dedicated employees, who were able to utilize their expertise to engage with BPS students and provide valuable insights into their respective careers.
