Based in our Scranton, Pennsylvania office, Kyle works as a Bridge Engineer supporting projects for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania Turnpike. His most notable contributions include key roles on the Turnpike’s Open Road Tolling projects and the Bucks County Bridge package project.
