Since joining LaBella in 2020, Rich has been a standout member of our civil engineering team, consistently demonstrating his dedication and willingness to jump into any project where assistance is needed. Based in our Scranton, Pennsylvania office, Rich primarily focuses on wastewater management and water resources facility development projects for municipal clients.
