Congratulations to Ryan Carroll on achieving his professional engineering licensure!

Please join us in congratulating Ryan Carroll on achieving his professional engineering licensure! Ryan is a 2017 graduate of Clarkson University. Ryan joined LaBella in 2023 as part of our Civil Division’s municipal group in our Latham, NY office.

Most recently, Ryan has been working on municipal and land development projects for renewable energy, municipal, state agency, and affordable housing clients.
