LaBella Congratulates Our Newest Vice President, Ed Flynn, AICP!

Congratulations to Ed Flynn, AICP on being named a Vice President at LaBella!

LaBella is excited to share that the firm’s Planning Discipline Leader, Ed Flynn, AICP, has been named a Vice President!

Ed has been an integral part of LaBella’s business for the past 16 years, providing leadership at LaBella and in communities across much of New York. A certified planner with more than 30 years of experience, Ed has obtained more than $30 million in grant funding and manages between $15-$20 million in grant services annually. He is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), the American Planning Association, and the NYS Economic Development Council.

Ed’s planning experience is broad and includes economic development, funding, and downtown revitalization projects. He has managed ten brownfield and downtown master planning projects totaling more than $2 million across Upstate New York, administered 18 downtown and neighborhood building improvement projects totaling more than $10 million, and sold and facilitated the development of 12 city-owned properties that led to more than $7.5 million in private investment that generated beneficial municipal property and sales tax revenues.
