Buffalo Pro Soccer has selected LaBella as the lead architect and MEP engineer for the design of a new professional soccer stadium in Buffalo, New York.

Announced April 11, 2025, Buffalo Pro Soccer plans to construct a 7,600-seat, privately funded stadium near the Buffalo River in the city’s Valley neighborhood. Set to be located at the intersection of Elk and Lee Streets, the stadium will serve as a driving force in the development of a new entertainment district that is taking shape in Buffalo.
Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2025. The stadium will feature family-friendly ticket prices, a designated high-energy, safe-standing supporters’ section, and elevated experiences in its 12 hospitality suites, two private party areas, and club-level seats. The site will also include training facilities for the athletes and academy, offices for team staff, and ample parking and transportation options for fans.
In addition to serving as the home of Buffalo Pro Soccer, the multi-use stadium will host a range of sports events, outdoor concerts, and local gatherings. Young players from the Buffalo Pro Soccer Youth Academy will also have the opportunity to play at the new stadium.
Utilizing modular construction to accelerate the timeline, the project aims to deliver Buffalo’s first professional soccer-specific stadium in time for the 2026 season. In addition to hiring LaBella Associates—the preferred architect and engineer of the United Soccer League—as the lead architect and MEP engineer, Buffalo Pro Soccer has engaged Wendel Companies to provide civil engineering, SixFive Stadium Experience as modular stadium advisor and supplier, and Campus Construction Management Group as the construction manager.
LaBella is proud to play a key role in bringing this exciting stadium to life.
