Two members of LaBella’s Civil Engineering team will be presenting at the 29th Annual Local Government Conference hosted by the Southern Tier West Regional Planning & Development Board on June 6, 2024, in Houghton, New York. The conference provides elected and appointed local government officials with opportunities for information sharing and training.
Join Civil Engineer/Grant Specialist Jennifer Vaughn, EIT, and Water/Wastewater Engineer Matthew Higgins, PE, at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 6th for their presentation titled “Integrated Engineering & Planning – Navigating Complex Capital Projects.” The presentation will discuss what municipalities can do to minimize investment, leverage funding, and maximize results when planning and implementing capital projects.
