LaBella’s Leadership Development Program Celebrates Graduates From Fifth Cohort

On June 12th, leaders from across LaBella gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of this years’ Propel graduates at the Genesee Valley Club in Rochester, New York. This marks the completion of the fifth cohort of the Propel Leadership Development Program. Created in 2019, Propel is a transformative program for continuous learners that advances the practice of leadership at LaBella.

Over the course of ten months, the cohort meets in Rochester for five modules of instruction. During this time, they are challenged to grow and develop into better leaders through an intentional curriculum focusing on a wide range of topics, including emotional intelligence, strategic planning, radical candor, crisis communication, and several others.

Congratulations to this year’s graduates: Donica Anderson, Jim Barnum, Kaelyn Davis, Lyndsey Herbert, Joe Kury, Corey Lewis, Christopher Locke, Rebeca Marini, Sarah McIntosh, Jared Pantella, Cassidy Robinson, Jill Sawyer, Justin Shaffer, Rebecca Smith, Linden Speranza, Adam Toy, David Wall, and Megan Yoshida!
