LaBella’s Senior Housing Market Studio Leader, Rob Simonetti, AIA, will be speaking at the Center for Innovation Workshop, hosted by The Green House Project (GHP) on June 3-4, 2025, in Loveland, Colorado.
Designed to equip senior living professionals with practical approaches to transform traditional models of eldercare, the Center for Innovation Workshop features sessions led by industry experts on small house operations, market feasibility, design, and leadership in person-directed care.
On Wednesday, June 4th, at 10:45 a.m., Rob will present “Design Excellence Without Over-Engineering,’ which will explore design strategies for assisted living and skilled nursing settings—including memory care, short-term rehabilitation, hospice, and long-term care—that support elder independence and create environments that feel like home. Rob will also share insights on integrating technology to enhance care delivery and optimizing design for safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Later that same day, at 12:45 p.m., Rob will take part in a panel discussion alongside professionals from the Center for Innovation, Loveland Housing Authority, Pearl Creek Advisors, Southern Administrative Services, and PMD Advisory Services.
