Salvatore LaBella founded LaBella Associates as a civil engineer back in 1978. As the foundation of the firm, our civil engineers have vast experience and expertise in all areas of the market. We provide a team approach with skilled and experienced personnel who contribute to the success of each and every project.

Communities require a wide range of services, and that’s where LaBella’s team of dedicated civil engineers come in. Our team provides professional services across a full spectrum of needs including assessments and planning, design, permitting, procurement, contract administration and inspection, commissioning, and operational support.

In further support of a community’s infrastructure needs, LaBella provides professional services to municipal boards and departments (planning, zoning, code enforcement, public works, etc.), including expertise with community planning, data management, general counsel relative to regulatory programs, code compliance and enforcement, and emergency response services.
