Lake Norman Racquet & Social Club

LaBella provided master planning and conceptual design services to support the expansion of the Lake Norman Racquet & Social Club, enhancing its facilities and overall member experience.

The design includes renovations to the existing tennis center lodge and the addition of a new clubhouse featuring indoor pickleball courts, office suites, and apartment suites. The plan also incorporates new indoor and outdoor covered tennis courts, along with new outdoor clay courts, expanding playing options for members.

To further enhance the club’s amenities, the expansion includes a two-story, 20,000-square-foot retail building, a covered social pad and picnic area for gatherings, and an indoor walkway. Additional parking, along with a new emergency fire lane and a connection to the existing parking area, will improve accessibility and traffic flow.

These upgrades will ensure that the Lake Norman Racquet & Social Club continues to serve as a premier destination for both sports and social engagement.
