Sperry Fields Traffic Impact Study

Rush-Henrietta Central School District selected LaBella to conduct a Traffic Impact Study to evaluate how the District’s proposed Capital Improvement Plan might affect the adjacent roadway network. The plan involves upgrades to athletic facilities and a new connector road linking the Rush-Henrietta Senior High School driveway to East Henrietta Road at Temple Road. Additionally, the District proposed a new 45,000 square-foot alternative school located on East Henrietta Road.

The study analyzed current traffic conditions and projected future traffic at five key intersections within the study area, considering the impact of the new connector road and increased traffic from the new school.
