Modera Clarendon Apartment Community

Designed to Inspire Creativity, Comfort, and Connection.

Create a best-in-class apartment community for Clarendon’s residents—that was the goal for Modera by Mill Creek, Clarendon. Emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic, the owner envisioned a biophilic residential sanctuary defined by abundant natural light, open spaces, lush greenery, and authentic finishes.

LaBella provided design and architectural services for Modera Clarendon, a newly constructed 270-unit apartment community in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia. The 1-3-bedroom residences feature high-end finishes, wood-style flooring throughout, and up to ten-foot ceilings. The building’s exterior design reflects the surrounding context, with a brick façade, dark metal panels, and light masonry accents.
