
LaBella’s Land Development Discipline Leader, Bob Steehler, PE, will be presenting at the New York State Society of Professional Engineers’ (NYSSPE) Annual Conference, being held June 5–7, 2025, in Buffalo, New York.
On Friday, June 6th, at 12:00 p.m., Bob will present “Buffalo Bills Stadium: Site Design, Permitting, and Construction Update,” offering an overview of the civil design for the new Highmark Stadium and its surrounding site in Orchard Park, New York. The session will explore key site design challenges, highlight what sets this project apart from typical land development efforts, and discuss unique aspects of the construction. Bob will also share an update on the current progress at the stadium.
NYSSPE is a statewide organization that advocates for licensure, ethical practice, and the professional interests of engineers across all disciplines and sectors, while promoting public safety and supporting the engineering community through education, advocacy, and public relations efforts.
