The New York State Tug Hill Commission will host its 35th Annual Local Government Conference on April 20–21, 2026, in Verona, New York.
On Monday, April 20, at 1 p.m., LaBella’s Director of Planning Ed Flynn, AICP, will present “Town of Clay Land Use Plan: Leveraging Transformative Economic Development to Create a Community of Place,” alongside Brian Bender, Commissioner of Planning and Development for the Town of Clay. Together, they will explore how communities can prepare for significant economic development investments by aligning community development strategies with emerging industry opportunities.
The NYS Tug Hill Commission assists towns, villages, and local organizations across the Tug Hill region with land use planning, community development, and natural resources management.
