Jennifer Gillen Named Director of Environmental

LaBella is proud to announce Jennifer Gillen, PG, has been promoted to Director of Environmental!

As former Director of Environmental Greg Senecal, CHMM, transitions to his new role as Sr. Vice President & Executive Director of Climate & Environment, he will turn over duties such as managerial oversight of the firm’s environmental consulting and construction projects and personnel to Jennifer Gillen. She will also focus on building client partnerships, developing new service offerings, and expanding into new geographic areas.

“Jennifer’s experience, passion, and ability to lead made her the obvious choice to step into this role. We look forward to watching her elevate and expand the services and results we offer to clients,” said Jeff Roloson, President.

Jennifer previously served as Environmental Operations Manager at LaBella, leading a team of more than 240 professionals. She is deeply passionate about her work in remediating and redeveloping brownfield properties and has successfully managed numerous brownfield and state Superfund projects, enabling redevelopment. Additionally, she runs LaBella’s Affordable Housing Committee, a group of professionals from multiple disciplines—including environmental, engineering, renewable energy, and planning—empowering LaBella to assist its partners in creating affordable and supportive housing. Jennifer is also a founding member of LaBella’s Inclusion Council and a Vice President of the firm.
