LaBella and Rochester City Schools Community Outreach Day at Bills Training Camp

As an Official Corporate Partner of the Buffalo Bills, LaBella Associates annually collaborates with the Community Relations team on a Community Outreach program.

On Thursday, August 1st, LaBella Associates, in partnership with the Buffalo Bills, hosted an exciting Community Outreach Day for students from the Rochester City School District at the Buffalo Bills Training Camp, held at St. John Fisher University. The group, comprising students and chaperones from Edison Career & Technology High School, Northeast College Preparatory High School, and Franklin Upper School, had a unique opportunity to observe the Bills’ practice, participate in engaging activities, and complete a STEM-themed project under the guidance of LaBella’s team.

The STEM project challenged students, many of whom are enrolled in the school’s architectural program, to design a concept for the “Family Circle” plaza outside the New Highmark Stadium. They had the chance to envision the space as they would like to see it and receive feedback from LaBella’s Project Managers, who are actively working on the project.

The students were captivated by the electrifying atmosphere of the Bills’ training camp and had the privilege of interacting with some of their favorite players. This experience was equally rewarding for our dedicated employees, who utilized their expertise to engage with Edison Tech students and provide valuable insights into their careers.
