LaBella Congratulates Our Newest Vice President, Michael Flanagan, PE!

Congratulations to Michael Flanagan on being named a Vice President at LaBella!

LaBella is excited to share that Michael Flanagan, PE, has been named a Vice President!

Mike is a Senior Civil Engineer and current Regional Leader of the Chattanooga, TN operations.  He has nearly 20 years of experience and is a licensed civil engineer in New York and Tennessee. His tenure dates to 2007 and, starting in 2012, Mike began assisting in the growth and leadership of our Nashville and Chattanooga operations. A majority of his work continues to focus on the Chattanooga region, including the Black Creek Residential Development (a 1,000-lot subdivision) and a multi-phase land development project on the former US Pipe site.

Mike is active in professional and charitable organizations throughout the Southern Tier of New York. He has been a member of the Chenango County Planning Board since 2015. He currently serves on the Commerce Chenango Board of Directors and the Norwich YMCA Board of Directors. Mike is the current Chairman of the Development Chenango Corporation. Additionally, he volunteers on the City of Norwich Flood Commission and is an active member of the Friends of the Museum District.
