Town/Village of Greenwich Comprehensive Plan
In recent years, the Town and Village of Greenwich have collaborated on a series of planning and infrastructure projects, recognizing their shared challenges and opportunities, such as growing housing demand, preserving local character, and concentrated economic growth. The Town of Greenwich last updated its Comprehensive Plan in 2004, while the Village of Greenwich had never had one. When work began on the 2023 Comprehensive Plan, it was clear that a tailored approach was necessary—one that not only built on previous planning efforts but also focused on turning the plan into action.

City of Cohoes Remsen Street Streetscape Improvements
The City of Cohoes is located southwest of the confluence of the Hudson and Mohawk rivers, at the starting point of the Erie Canal. Once known as the “Spindle City” for its large cotton mills, Cohoes, like many upstate New York cities, experienced a decline in population and development in the latter half of the 20th century. The Remsen Street project has breathed new life into this historic and charming city, nestled at the foothills of the Cohoes Falls, just north of the Capital District.

Lake Champlain-Lake George Regional Planning Board (LCLGRPB) Forward Together Economic Resiliency Plan
The Lake Champlain-Lake George Regional Planning Board (LCLGRPB) developed an Economic Resiliency Plan for the five-county region of Clinton, Essex, Hamilton, Warren, and Washington. The Forward Together initiative focused on assessing the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the region, identifying forward-looking strategies for local businesses, and exploring emerging market opportunities. Under the leadership of the LCLGRPB, member communities and organizations are working together to address shared needs across this diverse region.
