Join Ed at 8:45 a.m. for his presentation “Leveraging Transformative Economic Development to Create a Community of Place” alongside Stacey Duncan, CEO of the Broome County Leadership Alliance. Together, they will explore how communities can prepare for significant economic development investments by aligning local planning strategies with emerging industry opportunities.
