  • Aug 13 at 10 a.m. | Shelby Sova, PWS, will be presenting “NYSDEC New Wetland Regulations,” covering the first major updates to New York State’s freshwater wetlands regulations since the 1980s. With key changes to the State Freshwater Wetlands Law taking effect on January 1, 2025, the presentation will explain NYSDEC’s new procedures for determining jurisdiction and how these updates may impact development projects statewide.
