- Dec 8-10 | American Public Works Association (APWA) North Carolina Chapter — Construction Inspection for Public Works Projects Workshop | Charlotte, NC
- Dec 8-10 | Bob Wilson, PE, will facilitate this workshop, based on the APWA course and manual “Construction Inspection: A Review,” with project examples tailored to North Carolina’s regional conditions. During the workshop, Bob will lead multiple sessions covering key topics such as construction inspection fundamentals, documentation and communication, risk management and legal considerations, pre-project planning, and landscaping.

- Dec 16 at 12:00 p.m. | Wendy Talarico, LEED AP, NYS CEO, will present “10 Strategic Ways to Make Schools Cool.” As extreme heat events become more frequent and severe throughout New York State, school districts are now required to evaluate and implement strategies to maintain safe indoor temperatures for students and staff. This webinar will explore how thoughtful building design can reduce heat, improve comfort, and support student success.
