- Sept 17 at 11:00 a.m. | Norabelle Greenberger, AICP, will be joining a panel titled “Tackling the Unique Challenges of Brownfield Redevelopment in Upstate New York.” The discussion will examine environmental barriers to redevelopment and highlight the importance of layered funding strategies, as well as tools like land banks and local development corporations in bringing neglected brownfield sites back to productive use.
