Michael Cocquyt Joining Panel at RIT’s 21st Annual Sharpen the Saw Event
LaBella’s Recreation Development Specialist, Michael Cocquyt, MBA, CPRP, will participate in a panel discussion at Rochester Institute of Technology’s 21st annual Sharpen the Saw event, taking place June 2-3, 2025, in Rochester, New York.
Hosted by RIT’s Executive MBA program through the Saunders College of Business, Sharpen the Saw is an annual professional development and networking event that offers executive alumni, students, and the broader RIT community opportunities to reconnect, reflect, and gain valuable insights from peers, faculty, and industry leaders.
On Tuesday, June 3rd, at 9:10 a.m., Michael will join the EMBA Alumni Speaker Panel alongside Amanda Bosh, EMBA (Executive Director, Lowell Observatory); Abby Mastrella, EMBA (Assistant Vice President, HR Strategy & Transformation, Cognizant); and Anthony J. Smith, EMBA (OpEx Manager, General Motors).
The panel will explore how RIT’s EMBA program has shaped their professional growth, equipped them with leadership tools, and opened doors to new opportunities. Panelists will share their post-graduation journeys and offer guidance on how to leverage an executive degree for long-term career advancement.
