Phil Davis, PE, Presenting at the Southeastern Environmental Law and Regulation Conference

LaBella’s Senior Engineer Phil Davis, PE, will be presenting at the 31st Annual Southeastern Environmental Law & Regulation Conference being held June 16th in Miramar Beach, Florida. The conference is sponsored by the Environmental Law Section of the Alabama State Bar and the Section on Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law of The Mississippi Bar.

On June 16th at 4:00 p.m., Phil will be presenting “Environmental Contamination Reporting Requirements: Ethical Issues for Environmental Professionals” along with fellow presenters C. Clayton Bromberg, Jr., Esq. from the law firm Starnes Davis Florie and Vernon H. Crockett, PE, Chief of the Groundwater Branch of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management – Land Division.
