Richmond Stadium

LaBella was selected to design Richmond’s new baseball stadium, located in the Diamond District. The City of Richmond envisions the Diamond District as a series of neighborhoods that provides new employment and housing developments connected by a series of open spaces and a transportation network.

The development will include the new baseball stadium with residential and commercial uses wrapped around the stadium, new signature Class-A office spaces, a mix of residential types, a hotel, parking, transit, public open spaces, and bicycle and pedestrian amenities.
