One&Only Hudson Valley Breaks Ground on Luxury Resort and Private Villa Community
LaBella celebrates a major milestone for the hospitality destination it has supported since 2019.
One&Only Hudson Valley celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking of its luxury resort and private villa community on October 7, 2026, in Hyde Park, New York. LaBella joined Nolan Reynolds International, the Culinary Institute of America, Kerzner International, community leaders, and fellow project partners to mark the occasion.
Located on a 72-acre property adjacent to the Culinary Institute of America campus, the development will feature a luxury resort, private villas, and the region’s first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.
LaBella has supported the development since 2019, providing planning, surveying, transportation, geotechnical engineering, and civil engineering services in partnership with Nolan Reynolds International.
The development is designed to complement the site’s natural landscape while protecting environmental resources and creating a distinctive destination for luxury hospitality, wellness, and culinary experiences.
