The project included refreshing aging hardscapes and landscapes with a focus on enhancing the visual appeal of the club’s grounds while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. Pathways, planting areas, and gathering spots were carefully designed to blend with the club’s natural surroundings, offering continuity with its storied past while creating inviting spaces for members to enjoy.
New Starter Hut at the First Tee
Golfers are now greeted by a new starter hut at the first tee, improving the overall flow of the course and serving as a convenient focal point for players. Designed to complement the surrounding landscape, the hut offers functional space for golf staff while enriching the ambiance for members as they begin their rounds.
Outdoor Kitchen With Custom Wood-Burning Pizza Oven
A highlight of the renovation is the addition of a full outdoor kitchen, complete with a custom wood-burning pizza oven. This new amenity not only expands dining options but also serves as a vibrant social hub for members. Whether enjoying post-round meals or casual gatherings, this space is set to become a favorite spot for club events and family occasions.
New Social Gathering Spaces
To accommodate the club’s growing membership, ICC expanded its outdoor social areas, creating spaces designed for both relaxation and connection. A gas firepit provides a comfortable spot for evening conversations, while a 72-seat outdoor seating area offers ample space for larger gatherings with great views. From smaller, intimate nooks to more open areas, these additions strengthen the club’s sense of community.
