LaBella provided design and architectural services for Magnolia Haus, a 189-unit luxury apartment community in Frederick, Maryland. Featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options, Magnolia Haus is designed to cater to a wide variety of residents.

The community features a catering kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, grand fireplace, a pavilion with outdoor grills, pet park and spa, and detached and attached garages.

The apartment units all feature high end finishes such as quartz countertops, shaker cabinetry, a balcony for every home, large closets and ceiling fans.
