Town of Victor's Vision for a Connected Future Takes Shape
LaBella Associates collaborated with the Town of Victor to create a Connectivity and Access Plan aimed at alleviating traffic congestion within the Town and Village downtown areas. The plan focuses on improving connectivity, mobility, safety, and access for pedestrians, bicyclists, and vehicles. This long-term plan identifies gaps in the current transportation network and offers concept-level plans to connect streets and trails, as well as to enhance access to key locations.
Building on the Victor Access Management Plan, this project further developed road network connectivity concepts that align with the community’s vision. The goals were to improve the transportation network for all users, strengthen connections between key locations, and promote active transportation and a multi-modal system.
