LaBella Attending and Presenting at the Association of State Dam Safety Officials’ 2023 Northeast Regional Conference
Two members of LaBella’s Hydropower Group, Don Lucas, PMP, and Caroline Wheadon, PMP, will be presenting at the Association of State Dam Safety Officials’ 2023 Regional Northeast Regional Conference being held May 22-25, 2023 in Portland, Maine.
Join Don on May 23rd at 1:30 p.m. for his presentation titled “A Systematic Approach to System Update.”
On May 24th at 3:30 p.m., Caroline will be presenting “Run-of-River Dam Construction: A Team Approach to Navigating Changing Waters” along with fellow presenter James R. Guistina, PE, from Bergmann Associates.
