Fourth Class Graduates From LaBella’s Nationally Recognized Leadership Development Program

In 2019, LaBella developed its very own Leadership Development Program – “Propel.”

On Wednesday, August 9th, 2023, LaBella held a graduation ceremony for the 4th cohort to complete the Propel program. This year’s cohort consisted of 16 LaBella employees from varying office locations and divisions of the company.

Propel is a nationally recognized program that advances the practice of leadership at LaBella. Many professional services firms invest heavily in their people. However, for most architecture and engineering firms that training is focused on technical/software skills, professional licensure, and associated CEUs. While these types of training programs are offered at LaBella, we also offer a proprietary leadership development program that was created to reflect LaBella’s values and organizational needs. We select an annual cohort of applicants for a transformative experience that emphasizes many aspects of effective leadership – including communication, core values, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, coaching, and developing others, and more.
