LaBella Announces Newest Vice President, Christopher Lapine, PE, LEED AP!

Congratulations to Christopher Lapine on being named a Vice President at LaBella!

LaBella is proud to announce that Christopher Lapine, PE, LEED AP, has been named a Vice President!

Chris is a Senior Civil Engineer in the Land Development Group and Regional Business Leader. He is a licensed civil engineer in New York State and a LEED Accredited Professional with over 28 years of experience. Chris oversees and coordinates the development and implementation of commercial, institutional, healthcare, and residential projects in LaBella’s Poughkeepsie, NY office. The projects he and his Land Development team lead are some of the most notable in the Hudson Valley region: a new eight-story, 700,000-square-foot inpatient pavilion at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, a new science building and new student union building at SUNY New Paltz, and a 300,000-square-foot Coach USA facility in Chester, NY. He is currently leading civil/site engineering and SEQRA support for the development of the Resort at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
