Norabelle Greenberger, AICP, Named Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 Honoree!

Albany’s rising leaders celebrated for business acumen, leadership skills, and community involvement.

 

On May 17th, 2024, the Albany Business Review hosted its annual 40 Under 40 awards luncheon. The event celebrates 40 leaders under the age of 40 who are shaping the future of the business community in New York’s Capital Region. Nominations highlighted how these professionals have distinguished themselves in their companies, their communities, and their industries.

LaBella is honored to announce Norabelle Greenberger, AICP, was recognized for her significant impact on planning and community development in the Capital Region!

Norabelle is a Senior Planner in LaBella’s Glens Falls, New York office. Since joining LaBella in 2019, she has developed community-based comprehensive plans, Brownfield Opportunity Area nomination studies, Downtown Revitalization Initiative plans, and housing studies. She has also authored a series of successful funding requests on behalf of clients.

In addition, Norabelle is a member of LaBella’s Inclusion Council as well as Co-Chair of the Eastern New York Inclusion Council. She was the recipient of LaBella’s Larry Bristol Award for Brand Ambassadorship in 2023 and a member of the 2021 Propel cohort, LaBella’s leadership development program. Norabelle is the co-founder of Bike Glens Falls, a grassroots organization advocating for a safe, comfortable, connected bike network in the City of Glens Falls. She is a volunteer mentor in the Capital District Planning Mentorship Program, led by the Capital District Planners Association and University at Albany’s Geography and Planning Student Association. Furthermore, Norabelle has volunteered for the City of Glens Falls Crandall Park Beautification Committee since 2020.
